This policy is ready for launch validation and can be refined once fulfillment partners and markets are finalized.
Shipping
Orders over $20 ship free. Smaller orders use a flat $4.99 shipping rate. Delivery timing depends on destination and fulfillment setup.
Returns
Unopened temporary tattoo sheets can be reviewed for return support within 14 days of delivery. Used cosmetic-style products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Damaged orders
If an order arrives damaged, customers should contact support with the order number and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.
