Shipping rates
Orders over $20 ship free. Smaller orders use a flat $4.99 shipping rate. Delivery timing depends on the destination country, customs processing, and carrier handoff.
Supported destinations
Checkout only shows countries currently supported by Veyra Ink's shipping setup. Current destination coverage includes: France (6-12 business days); Germany (7-12 business days); Spain (6-10 business days); Russia (11-17 business days); United Kingdom (7-12 business days); United States (6-14 business days); Canada (8-17 business days); Mexico (11-22 business days); Australia (6-17 business days); South Korea (7-12 business days); Japan (5-11 business days); Singapore (5-9 business days); Malaysia (6-9 business days); Philippines (6-12 business days); Thailand (6-10 business days); Vietnam (4-10 business days); Sri Lanka (13-22 days). Some remote areas, PO Boxes, military addresses, warehouse addresses, and unsupported postal codes may be excluded during checkout or fulfillment review.
Order tracking
After payment, customers receive an order number. Keep that number private and use it with the checkout email to view order status, fulfillment progress, and tracking details once a carrier tracking number or tracking link has been added.
Custom request timing
Custom temporary tattoo requests are reviewed before production. Review timing, artwork complexity, print size, and customer approval can affect the timeline before an item is ready to ship.
Returns
Unopened temporary tattoo sheets can be reviewed for return support within 14 days of delivery. Used temporary tattoos, opened sheets, and products applied to skin cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Damaged orders
If an order arrives damaged, customers should contact support with the order number, checkout email, photos of the package, and photos of the affected product so the issue can be reviewed.
Customs and import fees
International customers are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and deliverable shipping address. If a carrier cannot deliver because of an incorrect address, missing apartment number, unsupported destination, or local customs issue, Veyra Ink will review the case but may not be able to refund shipping or reship for free.
